Shipping policy

From the portal to your door

Most DMTPORTAL prints, clothing and home goods are made to order through our production partners. Skate decks are produced in batches and held in stock. Digital images are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order items need production time before they ship. Production and carrier transit are separate stages, and timing varies by item and destination. Please review any delivery estimate shown with your order. If you need a piece for a particular date, email us before ordering so we can check the options.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for your selected items and address. Products may come from different production partners and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and order questions

When tracking is available, you can follow it through your shipping confirmation or order-status page. If a package appears delayed, damaged or missing, contact thedmtportal@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate.

Address changes and returns

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. For return eligibility and instructions, please read our return and refund policy and contact us before sending anything back.
